Terms & Conditions for purchase of gift vouchers
1) Customers may purchase gift vouchers for use in
Marston’s Inns & Taverns pubs from the website
www.marstonstaverns.co.uk or from selected outlets.
2)
Gift vouchers may only be purchased and redeemed by individuals
over the age of 18.
3)
Once the gift voucher order has been received and cleared, the
gift voucher/s will be posted to the customer by either first class post or by registered
post if this has been selected and paid for.
4)
The Operator accepts no responsibility for gift
vouchers that are not received if delivered by first class post.
If a gift voucher sent by registered post is not delivered please contact
the Operator with full details of the order at
contactus@marstons.co.uk for a replacement.
5)
Gift vouchers should be treated as cash.
The Operator is under no liability for replacement or refund should vouchers
be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not. Refunds may occasionally be offered
at the discretion of the management.
6)
The vouchers may only be used at participating Marston’s Inns
and Taverns pubs and are redeemable on food, drink and accommodation purchases (for
a full listing please visit www.marstonstaverns.co.uk).
7)
Vouchers are numbered and dated at time of issue and are valid
for twelve months from date of issue.
8)
Only original gift vouchers will
be accepted; amended, photocopied or defaced gift vouchers will not be accepted.
9)
Sale of the gift voucher is prohibited.
Not for resale. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
10)
The gift voucher scheme and these terms and any dispute
arising under or in connection with them are governed by English law and subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
